Why We Built This Site
Arizona makes many court and agency records available, but custody is split. The court issues a warrant and controls its status. Peace officers serve it. The Clerk of the Superior Court keeps Superior Court files, while each Justice or municipal clerk keeps its own cases. DPS can provide a statewide lead, yet it warns that results are not real-time or complete. This site brings those contacts, portals, and request steps together so people can begin with the office that actually holds the answer.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant lookups: how to run a warrant search by name and date of birth through the sheriff and the courts
- Outstanding warrants: how to check for active warrants and what an "active" status actually means
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which court holds them
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Navajo County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Arizona court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Those limits matter:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Outside providers operate search boxes that appear on some pages. A provider controls its service, prices, and returned data. We may receive a referral payment when a visitor follows one of those tools to a paid enrollment, which supports public access to this reference. We neither determine the provider's charges nor manage its results, and no partner result constitutes official warrant confirmation.
